Pop Dolls: 20 Musicians Immortalized In Plastic

From new favorites like Cody Simpson & Jackie Evancho to classic superstars like Michael Jackson and Cher... yup, there's a doll for them.

What can be better than a pop star that fits into your pocket? Check out 20 musicians that have been immortalized as plastic dolls over the years. Even better than the real thing? Not quite. . . But they're sure fun to play with.

Justin Bieber (2011)
Buy It: Justinbiebertoys.com
Biebs has been immortalized in plastic before, but the new line of singing Justin Bieber dolls -- inspired by Justin's worldwide concert tour -- features his new haircut (swoon!) and will serenade you with renditions of "U Smile", "Never Say Never" and "Never Let You Go." No Bieber collection will be complete without them. Win One!

Cody Simpson (2011)

The Australian teen star has two versions of himself on sale this holiday season: a "clean" look (for those who want to keep their Cody innocent), and a club-ready "edgy" look, complete with jean jacket.

Beyonce (2005)
Buy It: Amazon.com
In August 2005, Barbie launched its Destiny's Child series, and gave typical frontwoman treatment to Beyonce, who was the only member of the trio available on her own. Although Beyonce originally retailed for $21.99, collectors have driven up the price of the since-retired doll, so get ready to spend those bills, bills, bills.

Britney Spears (1999)
Buy It: Amazon.com
In 1999, a toy company named Play Along spent millions to license and create dolls in Britney's likeness, using the products to launch their company. Today, the dolls are pretty hard to find and fairly pricey. So if you snagged one, keep her safe!

Madonna (2008)

Italian toy company Artist Creations made a run of these Madonna dolls to celebrate the release of her 2008 album "Hard Candy." The dolls are currently unavailable anywhere online and information, including any type of pricing, is scare. However, it does appear you might be able to commission your own Madonna doll via email, if you trust blindly sending your money to foreign countries.

Taylor Swift (2010)
Buy It: Amazon.com
Released in 2010, Taylor's doll wears a similar outfit the singer wore the "Teardrops" video and actually sings 30 seconds of the '06 acoustic ballad. The series also includes unique dolls for several other T-Swift songs, such as "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me."

Michael Jackson (2010)
Buy It: Amazon.com
This 10" MJ figure manages to capture a strong likeness of the King of Pop, decked out in a miniature, fabric version of the outfit he wore in the "Thriller" video. MJ comes in fancy, diorama-style packaging. . . though we doubt you'll be able to resist taking him out for a moonwalk.

Katy Perry (2008)
Boutique toymaker Integrity Toys produced a limited edition of these dolls in 2008. Unfortunately, they're currently unavailable, with no retailers or resellers (Amazon and eBay included!) offering the doll. After Katy's massive run on the charts, we don't expect collectors to part with their Perrys anytime soon.

Shakira (2002)
Buy It: Amazon.com
Mattel dropped a pair of Shakira dolls in the early 2000s, proving that even plastic hips don't lie. Perhaps they're working on a full-fledged action figure capable of pulling off the dance moves from the "She Wolf" video? We can only hope.
