Miley Cyrus: 'American Idol' Judge Rumors Ramp Up
Miley Cyrus TwitterHot on the heels of rumors that Adam Lambert was being considered to judge Idol, comes new buzz that Miley may be selected to fill out the panel when Jennifer Lopez leaves her post.
Miley's tweets haven't been too revealing, though over the weekend she tweeted: "I got a lot on my mind."
Otherwise, she's been tweeting messages of positivity and healthy eating, so maybe she's prepping herself for her new gig at American Idol?
Yeah, we're probably reading into it a little too much.
E! Online reports that Miley is just one superstar being considered to join the panel, with Nicki Minaj, Fergie, Katy Perry and will.i.am also rumored to be on the short list.
An Idol insider tells E! however, "No one has signed any contracts yet and producers are currently putting out feelers and setting up meetings to see who they can get. We won't know if Randy [Jackson] and Steven [Tyler] are returning until they see who else is on board."
