Did One Direction Let Hersheypark Fans Down? VIP Ticket Fail to Blame

Uh-oh. Some Directioners aren't feeling the love for One Direction, after a mix up with a meet and greet at Hersheypark fell through.

What happened?

Excited fans who bought One Direction tickets months ago for the band's Hersheypark concert found out recently that the meet and greet experience they thoughtthey were getting wasn't going to happen.

Turns out, the special meet-up isn't happening because of an error made by the venue, which sold all their VIP tickets as meet and greets--when only a few were to have the option of meeting the band.

135 fans bought the VIP tickets with the expectation that they'd meet One Direction. Imagine their disappointment when they found out they wouldn't get to see their favorite 1D guys?!

Hersheypark did try and right the situation, refunding the ticket holders their $180 and giving them free theme park tickets.

There's now a Facebook page and online petition to try and get the ticket buyers their meet and greet after all.
