Who needs a famous boyfriend? Not Selena Gomez, that's who!

If the rumors are true, and Selena is using her boy Justin Bieber for fame, then it's working!

Selena was just named one of Glamour Magazine's 'Women Of The Year' and was picked to be on the mag's December issue cover too!

The publication picks women who represent each age category and Selena filled the top spot for representing 20-years-old. She beat out female celebs like Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato!

We can see why though! She does a lot of humanitarian work with UNICEF and she even changed her Twitter and Facebook picture recently to take a stand.
