Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth decided to hit up Costa Rica this weekend!The newly engaged couple were spotted partying with friends and cuddling together on the beach. They even found some time to smooch it up too!

Their vacation came at a perfect time and had to be good for Miley. She's been really sad since her dog Lila passed away a few months ago.
Last week, Miley even went to Twitter to talk about how much she misses her beloved pooch. We felt really sorry for her!
It seems like Liam is doing his best to be there for her! He and Miley seem to be spending more time together these days. They took family photos on Christmas and were even spotted at her little sister's birthday party recently. Their latest trip was reportedly planned for Liam's birthday. His brother Chris Hemsworth and his wife came along as well.
We give Liam two thumbs up on getting Miley away for a bit and letting her have some fun...we know she definitely needed it!
