It’s the M to the I to the L to the E to the Y and the D, O, Double G!
While sitting in on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning, that twerker Miley Cyrus confirmed that she has collaborated with Snoop Dogg. “I did a song with Snoop and it’s coming out soon,” the singer revealed. “Very soon.” It’s been recorded and it’s done.
When asked how it was to record with Snoop, Cyrus admitted, “He was in Europe,” so they did it remotely. “But he is here this weekend, I think I am going to take a bunch of my friends and go hang out.”
As for this somewhat surprising collabo, Cyrus said, “I want this record to be something different and a bunch of passion projects. The first thing I would not have calculated [is] the first song I want to come out is going to be me and Snoop Dogg… that’s never what I thought was what was going to be… I thought it would be mysingle first. But I’ve been able to do these things where I’ve been in the studio at the right time and these projects just magically kind of happened… and now it’s going to be the first thing people will hear from me.”
It wasn’t quite clear if the song is going to be the first single or the promotional single from her forthcoming RCA debut or not. But we do know it will be the first taste of the new Miley.
Cyrus was in a great mood, and did not address the status or split rumors regarding her fiance Liam Hemsworth, which dominated all social media chatter and gossip about the star lately. She was focused on her music… and her hair and her twerking video in this chat.
“It’s so easy, it’s like always having a style without having to…,” she said about being close-cropped. “I have a chemical cut: the more bleach you use, the more your hair goes away. It burns… anyone who uses bleach…knows.”
The ‘Crest brought up her virally spreading and totally awesome twerking video. It came to be since she was on a photo shoot, and after everyone had left, she handed her phone to her friend and he filmed her going to town. She had been getting her twerk on in practice for two years, though. No wonder she is so good at it.
