At the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, Taylor Swift was ’22′ going on 16. Rocking skintight, high-waisted shorts and a unicorn T-shirt, Swift took a tour of the Las Vegas venue before taking the stage.
Flanked by bizarre masked figures as well as what just looked like a bunch of coeds with better-than-average dance moves, Swift pranced and prattled her way through the MGM Grand Garden Arena, eventually arriving in on a bicycle. Her vocals noticeably improved once she was onstage and not being transported around, and her choreography, while still somewhat awkward and stiff, has also improved significantly. Good work, Tay!
