JUSTIN BIEBER PERFORMS TWITTER-CHOSEN SONG ‘TAKE YOU,’ ENTERS VIA POD AT 2013 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS [VIDEO]

Bieber Air Flight 777 descended upon the stage at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards tonight, May 19. The vessel/aircraft was more like a clear pod that Justin Bieber used to both enter and exit the stage, since, you know, he’s out of this world. Biebs performed the song ‘Take You,’ which Beliebers chose via Twitter. So the performance was special since it was interactive and produced by Beliebers, from afar and by proxy.
The Biebs showed off brand new dance moves that were extremely technical, somewhat robotic and intentionally stiff. His body moved in measured motions and he wore an all black leather ensemble, although his shirt was missing a sleeve. With no left sleeve covering his arm, we were able to see his new batch of tattoos. It looks like a ink-sleeve-in-the-making, so who needs the real thing?
Notice that The Biebs was wearing a leather skirt over his shiny leather pants. Regardless, it was a fashion statement, indeed. It actually reminded us of Kanye West’s 12-12-12 ensemble.
It was a futuristic, aerodynamically-themed performance that focused squarely on the choreography.
We wonder what his ex Selena Gomez thought of the performance. While there were rumors that the former couple would be seated next to one another at the ceremony, Sel was sitting next to Ed Sheeran and her pink-haired dancer friend.
