Miley Cyrus capped off her whirlwind, coast-to-coast promo trip (which started with a late night L.A. play on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!‘ and was followed by a next AM stint on ‘Good Morning America‘ and a chat with ‘Live! With Kelly and Michael‘) with a visit to SiriusXM and the Sony building.
She rocked a two-piece, Asian-inspired Emilio Pucci outfit and her now-signature punk pixie ‘do was swept into a Donald Trump-like comb-over. It was an interesting look to say the least.
But then again, ever since chopping off her hair, Miley has been playing by no one’s style rules but her own.
Cyrus usually favors a voluminous pompadour, but the NYC heat and humidity often makes that look hard to pull off, so perhaps that’s why she went for a flatter style. This look does show the cut’s versatility, though.
Here’s how Cyrus looked from the back. You can see the detailing and embroidery on her bright blue Pucci ensemb.
We love that she kept her makeup minimal so that her big, blue eyes were the focus. With a slick of pale gloss and false lashes, she was doe-eyed and doll-like.
So yeah, the comb-over was the only similarity to The Donald.
