Miley Cyrus, her strange outfit and her tongue braved the rain in Paris, as she visited NRJ Radio for a little chit chat today (Sept. 9).
The twerker is releasing ‘Bangerz’ in a month, so she is out there promoting the heck out of it. With a Chanel bag, flared black slacks and a cropped top with sweater-like shoulders and leather detail, Cyrus flashed that famous tongue of hers and was shielded from the rain, thanks to bodyguards holding her umbrella! Diva.

The leather detailing on her top looks like a WWE championship belt! Or a belt that people who move heavy inventory in warehouses use to support their backs. Right? The necklaces are a nice touch!
