Bruno Mars is many things. A deft crooner. An adept songwriter. A snappy dresser. Possessor of a dazzling, charming personality. All those things are indicative of the singer. His personal style harks back to the Rat Pack era, and Mars is a man of many, many hats. He is rarely seen without a topper, usually a fedora. In honor of his 28th birthday today (Oct. 8), we’ve assembled a scrapbook of the crooner and his caps.
We could look at him all day. Really.
Mars is stylin’ and profilin’ in a tan topper.
The man in black… hat!
Mars doesn’t solely sport fedoras. He’s not above a baseball cap — in this case, an Oakland A’s hat.
His hats are almost like an extension of Peter Hernandez’s persona.
He sticks to darker colors, and this chocolate brown one pairs nicely with his skin tone and amber aviators.
His hats usually have bands around the perimeter. But sometimes, they have extra decorative touches, like this feather detail.
A hat and shades — subtle but so stylish.
Notice that this topper, cocked to one side, adds a whole other dimension to his look!
The hat frames Bruno Mars’ handsome face.
Oh, look! A knit skully for Bruno Mars. He owns this type of hat, too! We love seeing him go casual with the skully and a flannel. He’s superb even when dressed down.
