X-Factor: Can We Expect Britney Spears to Judge Next Season? Probably Not!

Is Britney Spears getting the X-Factor ax already, y'all?

We think so!

According to the new issue of Us Weekly, Simon Cowell is giving Brit Brit the boot after only one season on the hit talent-seeking show.

Why?

Britney's whopping $15 million contract!

It's not that Simon and company don't think she's worth that much cash, but they simply wanted the "crazy" Brit and got the nice, calm Brit instead. They allegedly don't think her saying "amazing" and doing half claps once in awhile is worth that much money.

Ouch!

We personally think Britney is an awesome X-Factor judge and a good fit for the show, but she is minimal with her comments. It seems like fellow judge Demi Lovato has been in the light more for what she's said to contestants than Brit...and Britney's the more experienced one!

Neither Britney or X-Factor has confirmed or denied she's leaving the show.
